Huettl is pronounced "hittle"

The AI operating desk for real estate agents.

Run leads, follow-ups, prep, transactions, and client work from one assistant that knows what is happening in your business.

First 100 agents lock in 20% off for life.

The problem is not that agents need another database.

They need something that sees the work already happening and helps move it forward.

The CRM stores everything and helps with almost nothing.

Your brokerage pays for it. You still do the real work in your inbox, calendar, notes, and memory.

Follow-up slips when the day gets loud.

You told that buyer you'd send comps Tuesday. It's Friday. The CRM never saw the promise because it happened in email.

Automated emails can cost you credibility.

Generic check-ins sound wrong when they land in front of people you actually know.

Every lead gets captured. Almost none get prioritized.

A pile of scraped names is not a workday. You need to know who needs attention now.

Transactions live across systems that only email you.

DocuSign, MLS alerts, coordinator updates, deadlines. They all reach your inbox, then disappear into the scroll.

AI tools do not know your business.

ChatGPT can draft a nice paragraph. It does not know your leads, your calendar, your sent mail, or what you promised yesterday.

Huettl does not ask you to rebuild your business.

It starts from the inbox, calendar, and client work you already have.

The operating desk

One place to run leads, follow-ups, prep, transactions, and client work. Huettl turns the scattered day into a short list of work that needs attention.

The inbox is the integration

Huettl reads the place your business already runs: replies, sent mail, DocuSign notices, MLS alerts, and coordinator updates. No clunky integration war.

Prep and transactions stay visible

Appointments, deadlines, listing prep, buyer consults, and closing work show up beside the messages and promises that created them.

Approval-first

Huettl drafts and organizes. You approve every email before it leaves. Nothing sends behind your back.

Built by an agent

Andrew sells real estate. The product reflects the details of the day because he lives the day.

The stack gets smaller

CRM work, follow-up drafts, prep, transaction reminders, and supporting marketing work live in one workspace.

Also supports: Gmail + Google Calendar, Outlook + Outlook Calendar, CSV imports, content drafts, prep packets, and the daily operating work agents already repeat by hand.

A quieter way to run the day.

Setup should feel less like migration and more like turning on the lights.

1

Connect the places work already happens.

Link your inbox and calendar. Huettl can also import leads from a CSV when you are ready.

2

Huettl reads the live business.

It sees replies, sent mail, calendar commitments, MLS alerts, DocuSign notices, and the client work buried in the day.

3

You approve the next move.

Huettl surfaces what needs attention and drafts the follow-up. You review the words before anything goes out.

Andrew Huettl, founder of Huettl

Built by an agent, for agents.

I thought AI was a gimmick for captions and listing descriptions. Then I saw what it could actually do and realized the uncomfortable part: if I didn't adapt, I was going to fall behind. Huettl is the system I started building for my own real estate business.

— Andrew Huettl, Founder

Trust & Privacy

Control is the point.

Real estate runs on relationships and reputation. Huettl can see the work, draft the next move, and still leave the decision with you.

Inbox and sent mail

Huettl reads messages so it can see replies, promises, notices, and follow-ups that need attention. Sent mail matters because it shows what you already told people.

Drafting only after your review

Huettl can draft replies and follow-ups, but outgoing email stays approval-first. You review the draft before it leaves.

Calendar context

Calendar access helps Huettl understand showings, meetings, deadlines, and the commitments shaping your day.

Google OAuth and CASA passed.

Huettl has passed Google's OAuth review and CASA security assessment for the sensitive email access the product needs.

Private workspace.

Your leads, emails, and calendar live in an isolated workspace. No other user can see your data.

Never used to train AI.

Your content is not used to train any AI model — ours or any provider's. Prompts and responses are processed to deliver the feature you asked for, and that's it.

Encrypted and revocable.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can disconnect email or calendar access from Huettl or from your provider account.

Huettl's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the full Privacy Policy for exact retention, storage location, and deletion details.

Simple pricing. Everything included.

Early access is email-only. Payment happens later when your workspace is ready to activate.

Frequently asked questions

Is my client data safe?+

Yes. Huettl passed Google's OAuth review and CASA security assessment. Your data lives in an isolated workspace, is encrypted, and is never used to train AI models.

I'm not techy. Can I actually use this?+

If you can use email, you can use Huettl. The point is to read what is already happening and put the next action in front of you, not make you learn a giant CRM.

How is this different from ChatGPT?+

ChatGPT doesn't know your leads, your listings, your sent mail, or your calendar. Huettl does. It is an operating desk that uses AI to read the real business context and draft the next move.

Can I import my leads from my current CRM?+

Yes. CSV import lets you bring leads over from the systems you already use. Huettl is meant to make the stack smaller, not trap your data somewhere new.

Do I have to let AI send things automatically?+

No. Every AI output is a draft you review and approve. Nothing is ever sent without your explicit approval — there is no auto-send.

Do I need to pay for early access?+

No. Early access is just an email signup. When your workspace is ready to activate, payment is collected later during onboarding through Stripe checkout.

What about teams and brokerages?+

They are on the roadmap, but launch is focused on solo agents first. That keeps the first version sharp and useful before adding team and brokerage layers.
