Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes when and how we issue refunds for subscriptions to the Huettl Service, operated by Huettl Integration LLC. By subscribing, you agree to this Policy as part of our Terms of Service.

2. All Sales Are Final

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by law.

We do not offer prorated refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time after cancellation
  • Features you chose not to use
  • Changes in your business needs or circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output, which is a draft you review and control

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access to the Service through the end of the current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remainder of the current period

4. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Billing Errors

If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge after valid cancellation), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will promptly refund the incorrect amount.

4.2 Extended Service Outage

If the Service experiences a significant outage materially affecting your ability to use it for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a prorated credit for the affected time.

4.3 Required by Law

Where applicable law requires a refund or cooling-off period, we comply with that law.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above, email support@huettl.ai with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at support@huettl.ai so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
